Each asset is supported by an experienced, dedicated team that may include a senior property manager, property manager, senior bookkeeper, bookkeeper, and a leasing coordinator/processor. We provide full supervision and management of building maintenance, operations, and repairs, including:

  • Monthly rent collection and delinquency management
