We manage our multifamily assets in-house and others can leverage our property management and construction expertise.

We provide four core services:

1. Investment Offerings - We create opportunities for busy professionals and investors to build passive income and generational wealth through multifamily investment partnerships with us.  This can be a Joint Venture or Syndication. 
2. Asset Management Services - Committed to providing a thorough, practicable, and customizable management structure. With our property portfolio ranging from 2-unit properties to over 50-unit properties, we have learned to work closely with each board to create a management plan ideal for each property. We are using the AppFolio property management software to facilitate seamless tenant communication, accounting, work order tracking and owner reporting. Fully online service including tenant portal, owner portal, monthly/quarterly ACH payments to owners and tenant screening.  
3. Multifamily Investments - Using our own capital, we periodically purchase multifamily properties as an investment strategy. To date, we own and operate over 250 apartments. Vacancies are here: 
4. Construction Services - High standard carpentry/drywall, concrete, roofing, electrical and plumbing contractors in the Midwest Region of the United States.
